Maddesi olan ama\u00e7 ve kapsam maddesinde yer alan \u201c&#8230;Mimarlar ve mimarl\u0131k mesle\u011fine hizmet edenler aras\u0131nda maddi ve moral destek sa\u011flayacak bir yard\u0131mla\u015fma sand\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurmak&#8230;.\u201d ifadesine uygun olarak kurulan Mimarl\u0131k Vakf\u0131 Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik ve Yard\u0131mla\u015fma Sand\u0131\u011f\u0131, Mimarl\u0131k Vakf\u0131n\u0131n 10.Nisan.2011 tarihinde yap\u0131lan 16. Kurucular Kurulu toplant\u0131s\u0131nda kabul edilen yeni y\u00f6netmeli\u011fiyle \u00f6zerklik s\u00fcrecine girmi\u015ftir. Yeni y\u00f6netmelik do\u011frultusunda g\u00f6revlendirilen Ge\u00e7ici Y\u00f6netim Kurulu, Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 6. Y\u00f6netim Kurulu bu \u00f6nemin bilincinde olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kurulu\u015fundan bug\u00fcne kadar ge\u00e7en 15 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 3000 \u00fcyeye ula\u015fan Sand\u0131k, \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerle kurulu\u015f amac\u0131ndaki Mimarl\u0131k Toplulu\u011fumuzu b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirici hedeflerine ula\u015famam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n nedenlerini ara\u015ft\u0131rmak, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri getirmek Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun ilk hedefleri aras\u0131nda olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Alanlar\u0131m\u0131z<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u0130V-SAN 1. D\u00f6nem Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ba\u015fl\u0131k ve alt ba\u015fl\u0131klarda tan\u0131mlanan konular \u00fczerinde y\u00fcr\u00fctecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Ana hedef, t\u00fcm meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 Mimarl\u0131k Vakf\u0131 Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik ve Yard\u0131mla\u015fma Sand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir araya getirerek dayan\u0131\u015fma ve yard\u0131mla\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r<\/p>\n<h4>M\u0130V-SAN \u00d6RG\u00dcTLENMES\u0130<\/h4>\n<p><strong>1-a : M\u0130V-SAN Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu g\u00f6rev da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 paralelinde, as\u0131l ve yedek Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00fcyelerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma akslar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenerek sorumluluklar\u0131n payla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve i\u015fbirli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi bilinci ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1-b: M\u0130V-SAN Personel \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yeni bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bi\u00e7imine giren Sand\u0131\u011f\u0131n hedeflerine ula\u015fabilmesi gerek g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc gerekse profesyonel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 sayesinde olacakt\u0131r. Zaman i\u00e7erisinde ihtiyaca g\u00f6re say\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterecek olan profesyonel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u015flerini gerekti\u011fi gibi yapabilecekleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 ve gerekli t\u00fcm teknik donan\u0131mlar\u0131 ve bilgisayar programlar\u0131 kendilerine sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. Mevcut olan \u00fcye bilgi sistemi program\u0131 incelenerek aksayan y\u00f6nleri d\u00fczeltilecek ve g\u00fcncel hale getirilecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1-c: M\u0130V-SAN ile Mimarlar Odas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yurdun her yerinde \u015fubeler ve temsilciliklerle \u00f6rg\u00fctlenerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten merkezi ve 23 \u015fubesi ile Mimarl\u0131k Vakf\u0131 Kurucu Kurul \u00dcyesi olan Mimarlar Odas\u0131 ile Sand\u0131k \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi ve \u00fcye say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapmak gerekti\u011fi dikkate al\u0131narak Y\u00f6neticilerle ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7ilecektir. Dana \u00f6nce denenen Temsilci uygulamas\u0131 g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilerek tekrar hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Mimarlar Odas\u0131 her \u00fcyesinin, Sand\u0131k olanaklar\u0131ndan yararlanmak i\u00e7in aidat \u00f6deme gereklili\u011fi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutularak, do\u011fal Sand\u0131k \u00fcyesi olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1-d: M\u0130V-SAN ile Mimarl\u0131k Vakf\u0131\u2019n\u0131n birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik ve Yard\u0131mla\u015fma Sand\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kurucusu olan Mimarl\u0131k Vakf\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye Mimarl\u0131k Toplulu\u011fu\u2019nun mesleki ve sosyal dayan\u0131\u015fma \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcd\u00fcr. Meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yararlanabilece\u011fi, bir araya gelebilece\u011fi Mimarlar Evi, Kre\u015f, Mimarlar Ya\u015fam Evi vb. ile heyecan verici bir proje olan Mimarlar K\u00f6y\u00fc Projesi ve Vakf\u0131n organize etti\u011fi K\u00fclt\u00fcr Gezileri de beraberce yap\u0131labilecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h4>SANDIK ORTAKLARIYLA VE D\u0130\u011eER MESLEKTA\u015eLARLA \u0130L\u0130\u015eK\u0130LER<\/h4>\n<p><strong>2-a: Sand\u0131k Ortaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcyelik durumlar\u0131 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kuruldu\u011fu 1997\u2019den g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar 2650 \u00fcye kaydolan Sand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hedefi yurt \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm mimarlar\u0131n ayn\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ana hedefi bu olacakt\u0131r. Ancak, kay\u0131tl\u0131 \u00fcyelerin yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 (\u2026\u2026. Ki\u015fi) \u00fcyelik sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerle yerine getirmedi\u011finden sand\u0131k ortakl\u0131klar\u0131 ask\u0131dad\u0131r. Mesle\u011finde ilerlemi\u015f Mimarl\u0131k Vakf\u0131 Kurucu Kurul \u00dcyeleri ve\/veya M\u0130V-SAN \u00fcyelerinin \u00f6\u011frenci ve\/veya yeni mezun mimarlara rehberlik yapmalar\u0131 konusunda giri\u015fimlerde bulunup, mesle\u011fe yeni ad\u0131m atan mimarlara destek olunacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-c: Sand\u0131k Ortaklar\u0131 ile ileti\u015fim ( \u0130nternet Sitesi \u2013 Mail \u2013 Telefon Mesaj Sistemi ):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sand\u0131k ortaklar\u0131yla daha s\u0131k\u0131 bir ileti\u015fim gerekti\u011fi ortadad\u0131r. Meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n gerek mutlu g\u00fcnlerinde, gerekse maddi manevi deste\u011fe ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu zamanlarda yan\u0131nda olabilmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktay\u0131z.
